Rice Paper Rolls
Sliced carrots, capsicum and cucumber

Ingredients
1 medium carrot, grated 1/4 medium capsicum, red/green 1/2 medium cucumber 1 tea spoon of mayonnaise per serve 3 rice paper rolls, large Method Get a cooking board out, a dish and a tea towel Start grating the carrots in strips Cut the two 1/4 of capsicum, red/green Open up a jar of mayonnaise Fill the dish half way of cold water Open a packet of rice paper rolls than put it into the water for 5 seconds Take it out and gently place it on the tea towel Start spreading the mayonnaise on one side of the rice paper roll Add a few carrot strips, capsicums and cucumber Rap it up and place it on a plate |

Chinese food has a distinctive culinary style all its own. The emphasis is on fresh, seasonal ingredients, prepared with a minimum of fuss and beautifully balanced as far as color, texture and presentation. There are several cooking techniques. All seek to preserve flavor and nutrients. Many dishes that are part of the daily life of Chinese people are easy to cook. Mapo Tofu, or for example, Egg Fried Rice take only minutes to cook. Others, such as Dumplings (Jiaozi) Stuffed with Leek and Pork, Saozi Noodles and Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs, take longer, but still consist of only a few simple steps. Many of the ingredients are readily available at local supermarkets, while others may require a trip to a Chinese/Asian supermarket or the use of a substitute.

Asian people can eat a lot and never get full but Australian are very opposite to that because they don't eat as much as Asians.
